A managed annual package for larger organizations that need wider business-system coverage and higher operational capacity.
Included scope
- Comprehensive CRM, sales, inventory and human-resources functions with access to up to seven approved specialized ERP modules.
- Professional mailbox count is available under the approved infrastructure and fair-use limits; storage per mailbox and total capacity are defined in the approved order.
- Managed analytics are included.
- Advanced reporting, custom integrations, ERP customization, advanced support and training are separately scoped and priced.
Product terms
- One annual managed-service term, prepaid. Renewal requires a new renewal order or invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The service is hosted and managed by NTV; it does not transfer ownership of NTV hosting infrastructure.
- Applicable taxes and separately approved add-ons are extra. Fair-use and acceptable-use requirements apply.
