- Designed for controlled WordPress deployment, operational management, backup/restore and lifecycle handling through the approved WHP workflow.
- WordPress itself is open-source software and is not sold or relicensed by NTV.
- Infrastructure, migration, design, content work, commercial themes/plugins, training and optional annual support are separately quoted unless expressly included.

- One-time licence for one approved customer production deployment unless the quotation states otherwise.
- Infrastructure, implementation, migration, data work, training, custom engineering and optional annual support are separately priced unless expressly included.
- Ownership and control apply to the customer deployment and customer data; third-party, open-source and NTV intellectual-property licences remain in force.
